Chin Peng' s homecoming case on again in FC

According to lawyer Darshan Singh (above), CPM veteran Chin Peng' s homecoming case will be heard again in the Federal Court on 27 April (Monday). The point of law for the court to decide is whether proof of the citizenship of Chin Peng, 84, is required under the Haadyai Peace Accords of 1989 solemnly concluded between the Communist Party of Malaya (CPM) and the Government of Malaysia, for his home-coming.

MB Nizar wins multicultural respect for Islam

It is because of upright and fair-minded Muslim leaders like MB Nizar that many non-Muslims respect Islam without being forced by anyone. To use a political science jargon, MB Nizar possesses immense moral capital to project the good values of Islam to non-Muslims not only in Malaysia but throughout the world where 'Islamophobia' is still strong.
