My acquaintance and senator Chew Mei Fun has decided to give up all her party and governmental posts in protest against Dr. Chua Soi Lek becoming the MCA president. Mei Fun has earned my sincere respect.

Did CSL earn your respect when he resigned as minister and MCA leader two years back?
YES but don't know why he chooses to return.
Let's put it this way: Dr. Chua could have been respected for good after his resignation in early 2008.
cast the first stone lah if you like. at least Chua faced the public direct. better than many who surf all the porn sites and allow their minds to be corrupted which betray the women sleeping next to them. BTW, Chew stepped on too many toes in the party already. She had a "career" thanks to Ong Ka Ting. She thought her master would make a comeback but now she lost. with no backer, she'd better butt out.
1. Many ordinary adults do in their private life what Dr, Chua Soi Lek did in the hotel room in Johore, but they do expect LEADERS to be better than them and NOT to set wrong public role model to their children and youth in our society. Dr. Chua Soi Lek would have faced no public criticism if he is a private person.
2. If it was alright, why did Dr. Chua Soi Lek resign in early 2008 ?
