Reflection on tragic stampede in Phnom Penh

Following TV news coverage on the tragic stampede in Phnom Penh is truly heartbreaking. Indeed, management of people in crowded places should no longer be dismissed lightly as a matter of no consequences. Meanwhile, my family and I certainly share the sorrow and grief of all those who have lost their beloved ones in the tragedy in Phnom Penh.
