Could anyone please enlighten me on the number of days (or hours) the Asian man in the picture had worked in independent and productive (of marketable goods or services) income-earning jobs in non-governmental sectors before he was given power to make politcal, macro-economic and budgetary decisions affecting the livelihood of 24 million normal working adults and their families in Malaysia?

Has he ever taken a public bus or taxi before as a private and normal person without being accompanied by officials and policemen?
