Chin Peng's case to be mentioned anew in KL

Chin Peng's homecoming application is due to be mentioned anew at the Kuala Lumpur High Court on 6 February (Tues) and the date for hearing proper has again to be fixed because a new judge has been appointed. Still, no defence affidavits have been filed yet so far.
