Seoul rejects Tokyo's legal proposal on Dokdo

Reportedly, 'South Korea has rejected Japan's proposal to forward the Dokdo/Takeshima dispute to the International Court of Justice ('ICJ'). Japan also engages in territorial disputes with both Russia and China. Meanwhile, Japan''s Cabinet has decided to set free 14 Hong Kongers, including 2 TV journalists, who sailed to the Diaoyu'/'Senkaku Islands.
