Japan's former PM elected to lead Opposition

The resurgence of rightwing nationalism in Japan's politics, which, if unchecked, 'could lead to revival of militarism, is of concern to them. In recent months,'the common concern has caused China, Russia and South Korea 'to harden their responses 'to territorial rows with Japan.
