Japan police begins probe on tunnel collapse

Reportedly, 'police in Japan has raided the office of the government'-owned NEXCO to invesigate the collapse of a tunnel that caused nine deaths. 'Earlier in October, a Japanese power utility company TEPCO admitted that the nuclear reactor crisis at Fukushima was avoidable.
