America's president not free to meet Abe yet

According to an Ashahi Shimbun news report, the Obama-Abe Summit is unlikely to be held in January. America is said to be concerned over Japan's positions on the Trans-Pacific Partnership and issue of bases. Abe is now reportedly considering making visits to Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia first before the U.S president is certain that he is free.
