Chinese-majority party in BN opposes betting

Gerakan, a Chinese - predominant BN component party, has declared that it is "against gambling and betting". To be simply fair, PM Najib Razak' s Federal Government has not issued licence to anyone to run sport betting yet despite lobbying by ex-PM Mahathir for Vincent Tan. CM Lim Guan Eng' s PR state government in Penang has disallowed it.
