Chin Peng's FC appeal proceedings postponed

According to Penang lawyer Darshan Singh, the court proceedings of Chin Peng's latest move to apply for leave to submit an appeal to the Federal Court against an earlier decision of the Court of Appeal upon his homecoming case have been postponed to a date yet to be fixed.

Chin Peng's battle for homecoming continues
