Chin Peng's battle for homecoming continues

According to lawyer Chan Kok Keong in Ipoh, CPM veteran Chin Peng will seek leave on Monday at the Federal Court to appeal against the judgement of the Court of Appeal that effectively denies his right to return to the country of his birth where his parents were laid to rest. Chin Peng's legal team includes Raja Aziz Addrus and Darshan Singh.
