Clare Street would like to declare its solidarity with Teresa Kok, Tan Hoon Cheng and Raja Petra Kamaruddin who are now being detained under the Internal Security Act (ISA) without trials in the open court. Clare Street also condemns in no uncertain term the incarceration of the brave and upright journalist of Sin Chew Daily, Tan Hoon Cheng.
