Picture of Japan's WW II sex slaves in Malaya
According to British historians Christopher Bayly and Tim Harper, there were indeed 'comfort women' in Malaya (including Singapore) under Japanese occupation. They even publish a rare photograph of some of those sex slaves of Imperial Japan's military in Forgotten Armies: The Fall of British Asia, 1941-1945 (London, Penguin, 2004).

Thanks for documenting this things. Japan seems to be hell bent in denying its role in the war.
