M' sian Tamil daily threatens racial harmony ?

According to Home Affairs Minister Syed Hamid Albar, the publishing permit of Tamil-language newspaper Makkal Osai (People's Voice) "is not extended" by the BN Federal Government because "it had violated guidelines threatening racial harmony". Could the Minister for Home Affairs be more specific with details by revealing "the guidelines" and naming the articles published by the Tamil daily which is said to have " threatened racial harmony " ?
