Moscow again says no to Japan's island claims

Russia has officially said it again that Japan's claim over the southern Kuril Islands is "unacceptable". In the final weeks of WWII, the Soviet Red Army moved east and accelerated the downfall of imperial Japan, which also attacked America, Britain and Australia in the Pacific War.
