HRH Sultan Azlan Shah of Perak is going to be one of the eighty torch bearers for the Beijing Olympics flame in Kuala Lumpur on 21st April.

It is a great honour for the organisers of the Beijing Olympics for the sporting participation of HRH Azlan Shah who is himself a member of the very famous Malaysian Hockey Team, which qualified to participate in the Olympics.
We praise HRH for examplifying the true Olympics sporting spirit that is free of politics.
