1989 Peace Accords now publicly archived

I have blogged the texts of what constitute the 1989 Haadyai Peace Accords reached between the Government of Malaysia and the Communist Party of Malaya on 2 December that year. The two portions of the Peace Accords are (1) Agreement Between The Government Of Malaysia And The Communist Party Of Malaya To Terminate Hostilities, and (2) Administrative Arrangement Between The Government Of Malaysia And The Communist Party Of Malaya Pursuant To The Agreement To Terminate Hostilities.

I have also blogged the texts of (3) Joint Communique of the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Government of Malaysia and the Communist Party of Malaya, (4) 2 December 1989 Statement by Datuk Wan Sidek Wan Abdul Rahman, Head of the Malaysian Delegation, (5) 2 December 1989 Statement by Chin Peng, Secretary-General of the Communist Party of Malaya and (6) 2 December 1989 Statement by General Tan Sri Chaovalit Yongchaiyudh, Head of the Thai Delegation.
