32-year wrong policy in Indonesia now gone

For 32 years of Suharto's West-backed SOB and authoritarian regime in Indonesia, the use and teaching of the Chinese-language and any Chinese-language publications were banned together with pornography, firearms and drugs. The ban has been lifted since the overthrow of Suharto in 1998 and now even electoral posters of Muslim candidates are printed with Chinese-language characters unapologetically. The legal discrimination between pribumi and non-pribumi has also been recently abolished in a new nationality law.

Dear ap,

Parliament is dissolved every 4 or 5 years for general elections. So, it is not continuous or unbroken.

The 8th Parliament was that which was produced in the 1990 General Elections (in which I won in Kampar at 28).The 8th Parliament was dissolved in 1995.

So, the Parliament produced in the 1986 was the 7th Parliament. It lasted until 1990.

I'm sure you can find out what is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th and 10th Parliaments by using this methodology.

Cheers.
