It always comes down to Oil doesn't it ?
The two fastest growing economies in Asia - China and India have limited or no reserves of their own oil.
And much of the world's oil reserves are within the territory of controversial regimes.
There are certainly many more conclusions different schools of thought can draw from these reported facts.
