Said Zahari's operations " very successful "

Pak Said has just cheerfully called from hospital to tell me that the operations on his knees were "very successful" and he is now being treated with physiotherapy. Today is the first day he uses his handphone again.

He also asked me to help him to convey his gratitude to all the kawan-kawan, inside and outside the country, who sent him well-wishing messages or prayed for him. The quality of his voice suggests that he is indeed the same pakcik my wife and I met before he was admitted into the hospital on Monday last week.
