"No" to Dissolution yesterday but "Yes" today

May be an agent of the Supreme Being visited Putrajaya last night to give him new inpiration or instruction to reverse the earlier decision, or he just received a memorandum by a " silent majority " of people somewhere early this morning humbly begging him to change course.
