The new book authored by Dr.Collin Abraham, The Finest Hour: The Malaysian-CPM Peace Accord in Perspective (Kuala Lumpur, SIRD, 2006) has been in the market for a few weeks and the Forwards to the book written by Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, Dr. Edmund Gomez, Zaid Ibrahim and myself have also been published in malaysiakini. It is indeed time for us to rethink the modern history of Malaya/Malaysia from an alternative perspective.
