Lee Kuan Yew not in Dr Mahathir' s new book

My friend Beng Cheng has already read Dr. Mahatir's Selected Letters to World Leaders and found that there is no entry of "Lee Kuan Yew" or "Kuan Yew, Lee" in the index. It is not immediately known if the correspondences between Dr. Mahathir Mohamad and Lee Kuan Yew are still being locked up by the administration of PM Abdullah or/and considered as "relatively unimportant" by the author and his editor. Of course, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad is currently writing his memoirs.
